For your convenience and to insure that you never miss a prompt pay discount we are pleased to offer the ability for you to pay your invoices using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
To set your company up for EFT payment please attach a copy of a voided check for the account you want funds paid from to the EFT form which can be found in the forms section of this web page. After submitting the information, it takes us less than 5 days to set-up your account for payment. In the interim you will need to pay your account by check.
You will receive two invoices per month for purchases from the 1st through the 15th and the 16th through the last day of the month. These will be EFT'd on the 10th and 25th. If either of these days falls on a bank holiday or weekend, the EFT will be processed the next business day.
